ਪਿਆਰੇ ਦਿਲਪ੍ਰੀਤ,

I attended the IELTS course, which you had conducted from 5th Aug18- 1st Sept 18. I was on the weekend afternoon batch from 14:30-18:30.

To be honest the course was not as difficult as I had thought it to be, however, the writing module was arduous. The course was interesting and informative.

The first day of the session, when you introduced yourself as the trainer, I thought you would be the typical snobbish, arrogant type, who's not approachable, but that all changed after a while.

You are one of those few trainers who I have come across as lively, jovial, approachable, helpful and to mention restraint. In today's world, people strive hard to be who they are and to maintain their place. Very few people have the calibre to grab everyone's attention when they enter a room, you are one of them. I have attended several pieces of training before, but I can't recall any of them grabbing my attention or having a strong impact. The training was absolutely superb.

Just before I end I have a quote that suits you "I have witnessed how education opens doors, and I know that when the sound instruction takes place, students experience the Joy of new found knowledge and ability to excel"
