On the whole, I am quite happy with her performance (let it be in terms of response rate, approachability, guidance, etc..,. )

I am writing to you to give feedback regarding my process consultant Abinayasri till date. My FSWP file got dispatched to Canada last Monday. On the whole, I am quite happy with her performance (let it be in terms of response rate, approachability, guidance, etc..,. ) I observed that she was diligent enough to take care of my application. I especially would like to thank her for her patience, empathy and support with regards to my case. I guess she is good at understanding the client well. For instance, I had tensed situation/s during the process, but her supporting words ("don't worry Joseph, every thing will be alright) encouraged me well and I was at ease henceforth in the coming sessions.
